As an intern in Green Insurance Product Development, you will work closely with our experienced team of insurance specialists to develop innovative insurance products tailored to the needs of our environmentally conscious customers.

Your role and responsibilities at Comunvita
- Market research: You will conduct extensive research to assess the potential for green insurance products, identify trends in the industry, and perform competitive analyses.
- Product design: Based on your research findings, you will develop creative insurance solutions that meet the requirements of a sustainable future while also fulfilling the needs of our customers.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts: You will work with our insurance specialists, actuaries, and sales teams to validate your product ideas and ensure they comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
- Prototype development: Using modern technologies and tools, you will create prototypes of your insurance products in order to present them clearly and gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Sustainability integration: They will work to ensure that sustainability criteria and environmental standards are incorporated into product development and that our insurance products make a positive contribution to tackling global challenges.
The successful applicant
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., insurance, environmental management, sustainability, economics, or similar).
- Passion for environmental protection and sustainability, as well as an understanding of the insurance industry.
- Analytical skills and interest in market research and product development.
- Team spirit and the ability to contribute and implement creative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, experience with prototyping tools.
